Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 31 August 2026 · Version 2.1

Summary: Greece Visa Alerts is an independent visa appointment cancellation finder. We check the Greece route and preferences you choose, then email you and send you an SMS when we find a suitable slot. We are not an official visa provider, embassy, consulate, government body, GVCW, VFS Global, or any official mission calendar.
Important: Greece Visa Alerts does not sell appointments, hold appointments, reserve appointments, submit visa applications, decide visa outcomes, or guarantee that an appointment will still be available when you act on an update. You complete any booking directly through the official provider or government website unless a permitted Managed Auto-book product expressly states otherwise.

1. Who We Are

These Terms govern your use of www.greecevisaalerts.com and the Greece Visa Alerts appointment cancellation finder. In these Terms, "Greece Visa Alerts", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of this website. "You" means the person using the website or purchasing a search service.

By creating an account, submitting route preferences, making a payment, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Greece Visa Alerts.

2. What The Service Does

Greece Visa Alerts searches for Greece visa appointments using the application country, application city, official provider, visa category, applicant count and date preferences you choose.

When we find a slot that appears to match your saved preferences, we email you and send an SMS using the contact details saved with your order. SMS messages are sent where the channel is available for the relevant route and contact destination; email remains part of the service.

For the Cancellation Finder, you are responsible for visiting the official provider or government website and deciding whether to book. Appointment availability can change very quickly. A slot may be taken, changed, withdrawn, restricted, or unavailable by the time you act.

3. What The Service Does Not Do

Greece Visa Alerts is not a visa application agent and does not provide immigration advice. Unless a future route explicitly says otherwise in writing, the service does not:

  • book, reserve, hold, buy, sell, resell, swap, or transfer visa appointments;
  • submit, amend, withdraw, or manage visa applications;
  • guarantee an appointment, an earlier appointment, a visa decision, or a visa approval;
  • guarantee that a provider will honour an appointment you book;
  • act as an official representative of any embassy, consulate, government, or visa application centre;
  • require provider access details for the standard Cancellation Finder.

The live Cancellation Finder is notification-only and does not require provider access. If a separate Managed Auto-book product is made available in future and its checkout expressly identifies that requirement, secure provider access details may be requested after payment solely to carry out the booking instruction you gave. No such product is included unless it is clearly selected at checkout.

You should be cautious of any person or service claiming guaranteed official appointment access. Official providers may warn applicants not to buy appointments from intermediaries. You remain responsible for checking and following the terms of the relevant provider, embassy, consulate, and government website.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and current information, including your route, contact details, applicant count, nationality or passport country, provider reference if applicable, current appointment status, and date preferences.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are eligible for the visa category and appointment route you select. You are also responsible for preparing documents, paying official fees, attending appointments, and following the official provider's rules.

If your contact details, appointment status, provider reference, date preferences, or travel plans change, you must update us promptly or contact support. We are not responsible for missed or unsuitable updates caused by incorrect or outdated information.

5. Existing Appointments

You do not need an existing appointment to start the Cancellation Finder. If you already have one, you may use your date preferences to focus the search on dates that are useful to you. We do not move, cancel or change the appointment for you; you complete any action through the official provider.

6. Payment And Service Period

The price, currency, route, included contact method, and service period are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, the Cancellation Finder is a one-off payment for the displayed search period and does not automatically renew.

Our fee covers the Greece Visa Alerts search service and appointment updates by email and SMS. SMS is sent where available. The fee does not include official visa fees, provider service fees, premium lounge fees, courier fees, biometric fees, travel costs, document costs, or any other fee payable to a third party.

7. Service Start And Completion

At checkout you expressly request that we start the service immediately after payment, before the 14-day cancellation period ends. We require that request before accepting an order, because an appointment search that begins two weeks after purchase has no value to you.

On receipt of payment we immediately validate your order, configure your route, carry out route research, allocate checking resources and prepare your update delivery. You acknowledge the immediate-start request at checkout, and we record the acknowledgement, exact wording, time, IP address and device information against your order.

The service then runs for the period shown at checkout unless it is completed earlier under the product description, you ask us to stop, or we end it under these Terms. An appointment update does not guarantee that you will successfully book the appointment.

The service is treated as delivered when we provide checking and alert coverage for your route across the paid period, or when we send an alert matching your preferences, whichever occurs first. It is delivered regardless of whether you act on the alert in time, whether the appointment remains available when you reach the provider, or whether any suitable appointment appears at all.

8. Refunds And Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your express request lets us begin during the 14-day cancellation period; it does not by itself remove the right to cancel. If you cancel after work has begun but before the service is fully performed, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to cancellation. The right to cancel is lost only when the service has been fully performed after your express request and acknowledgement that full performance would end that right. This reflects regulation 36 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

We also review refunds where we are wholly unable to provide the service through a fault on our side, you were charged more than once for the same order, or you were charged an amount other than the price displayed.

Except where consumer law provides otherwise, a refund is not due merely because no appointment became available, an appointment was taken before you acted on an update, you supplied incorrect details, your plans changed, a provider altered its process or fees, or a visa application was refused, delayed or withdrawn.

These Terms do not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including our obligation to supply the service with reasonable care and skill. If you believe a payment was taken in error, contact support promptly and we will review it against the order record.

9. Appointment Updates And Communication

You agree that we may contact you using the email address, phone number, or other contact details you provide for service-related messages. This includes route setup, appointment availability, payment, account, support, and important policy messages.

We cannot guarantee delivery of every email or other message. Delivery depends on email providers, device settings, spam filters, platform availability, and other systems outside our control. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and acting quickly when you receive an appointment update.

10. No Official Affiliation

Greece Visa Alerts is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, or connected to GVCW, VFS Global, any embassy, consulate, ministry, immigration authority, government, or visa application centre.

Names of countries, providers, embassies, consulates, and visa application centres are used only to identify the route or provider that a customer asks us to monitor.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use Greece Visa Alerts for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes. You must not submit false applicant details, impersonate another person, interfere with our systems, scrape our website, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service in a way that breaches the rules of the relevant provider or authority.

We may refuse, suspend, or cancel service where we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or likely to put Greece Visa Alerts, other users, or provider systems at risk.

12. Website Content And Route Information

Route pages, blog posts, availability notes, provider notes, and general guidance are provided for information only. They are not immigration advice, legal advice, or a substitute for official provider instructions. You should always check the official provider, embassy, consulate, or government website before acting.

We aim to keep information useful and current, but visa appointment systems and official requirements can change quickly. We do not guarantee that every item of route information is complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greece Visa Alerts is not liable for indirect losses, loss of travel plans, loss of visa fees, missed appointments, unavailable appointments, visa refusal, provider account issues, official website downtime, third-party platform problems, or losses caused by information you provide incorrectly.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order.

14. Privacy And Data Protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is your own or that you have permission to provide it for the relevant applicant group.

15. Changes To The Service Or Terms

We may update these Terms or change the service where needed for operational, legal, security, provider, or product reasons. The version displayed on this page applies from the stated update date. Where a change materially affects active customers, we will take reasonable steps to notify them.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

17. Contact

Questions, complaints and cancellation notices can be sent to [email protected].

Final confirmation: By using Greece Visa Alerts, you understand that this is an independent visa appointment cancellation finder. Unless a permitted Managed Auto-book product expressly says otherwise, you complete the booking through official provider channels. Appointment supply and visa decisions remain outside our control.
