Looking for a Greece visa appointment from Fulham? Compare the London route and confirm the appropriate GVCW centre for your residence address. Greece Visa Alerts can notify you when a matching appointment is found, so you can check the opening and book through the official provider.
If you are searching for a London date, Greece Visa Alerts’ London appointment finder offers optional paid notifications when a matching appointment is detected. You book personally through GVCW.
Check the route before choosing a date
GVCW lists Greece visa application centres in London, Manchester and Edinburgh. Its appointment guidance says applicants should normally use the centre based on their residence address. From Fulham, compare the London option and confirm the appropriate centre with GVCW before choosing alerts. Proximity alone does not establish eligibility.
For tourism, check whether a short-stay Schengen type C visa fits your plans. If your trip includes other Schengen countries, Greece must be where you spend the longest time. If stays are equal, Greece must be your first country of entry. UK applicants need permanent or temporary residence permission valid for at least one month after their intended return to the UK.
Have a clear next step when a date appears
You can check the official GVCW appointment portal yourself. If suitable dates are hard to find, paid alerts provide an optional way to watch for a match. Search on this route starts after confirmed payment. Matching appointments trigger email notifications. SMS is available where enabled, supported and possible, but carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
An alert does not book an appointment for you. Check the date and centre, then complete the booking personally through GVCW if the slot works. Every applicant, including children and infants, must attend in person with an appointment booked online.
Make sure the appointment can work for everyone
Before searching, decide which dates you could attend in London and whether each applicant can be there in person. If you are arranging appointments for relatives, each person needs a separate application and supporting document set. A date is useful only if it fits the people applying as well as your schedule.
GVCW says applications may be lodged up to six months before travel and no later than 15 calendar days before the intended visit. These are application timing limits, not a promise that an appointment will be available. Leave time to prepare your documents and attend before the latest permitted lodging point.
Prepare the tourism application while you search
Use the current GVCW tourism checklist as your working list. Complete and sign the application form. GVCW’s stated passport requirements are validity for at least three months after your return to the UK, two blank visa pages and issue within the previous ten years. It also asks for copies of the identification page and all visa pages, plus two recent passport photographs.
Prepare original documents and one photocopy of each. Travel medical insurance must cover all Schengen countries and your entire intended stay, including emergency medical care, hospitalisation and repatriation, with minimum cover of EUR 30,000. Check the current checklist for evidence specific to your circumstances; a notification does not confirm that your file is complete.
Complete the booking and bring the right papers
GVCW directs applicants to complete the online form, print it and arrange an appointment online. Postal applications are not accepted. Print your appointment letter and bring it to the centre with required originals and copies. If you hold a UK residence permit, GVCW asks for a copy of your UK e-visa and a share code for visa purposes.
Check the centre and appointment time before confirming, and make sure they work for every applicant. For provider instructions, see GVCW’s Greece visa information. When you are ready for optional London matching notifications, start your Greece appointment search here.
