Looking for a Greece visa appointment from Nuneaton? Compare the London route and confirm the appropriate GVCW centre for your residence address. Greece Visa Alerts can notify you when a matching appointment is found, so you can check the opening and book through the official provider.
If London suits your circumstances, Greece Visa Alerts’ appointment finder can email you when it detects a matching opening.
London is listed, but check your circumstances
GVCW lists Greece visa application centres in London, Manchester and Edinburgh. Its appointment guidance says applicants should normally use the centre based on their residence address. From Nuneaton, compare the London option and confirm the appropriate centre with GVCW before choosing alerts. Proximity alone does not establish eligibility.
For a UK application, GVCW says you need permanent or temporary residence permission valid for at least one month after your intended return to the UK. For a tourism visit of up to 90 days in a 180-day period, the relevant short-stay route is a type C Schengen visa.
If your trip includes other Schengen countries, Greece must be where you spend the longest time. If your stays are equal, Greece must be your first country of entry. Make sure the trip meets this condition before following the tourism application route.
When the calendar has no suitable date
Start at the official GVCW appointment portal. Check that you have selected the intended centre and application route, then assess dates against your own schedule. The provider’s guidance gives no verified timetable for appointment releases, so avoid relying on a particular day or hour.
An empty calendar or a date you cannot attend can make planning difficult. You can keep checking the official portal, while using the waiting time to prepare your application and decide which dates you could realistically take.
How appointment notifications fit in
The Greece Visa Alerts service begins searching after confirmed payment. When it detects an appointment matching the route, it sends an email notification. SMS notifications are also available where enabled, supported and possible; delivery by a mobile carrier is not guaranteed.
A notification does not reserve or hold an appointment. You must book personally through GVCW’s official portal, and neither detection nor booking speed is guaranteed. Set your date preferences with care so you can act on a suitable match.
Prepare your tourism documents while you wait
Use GVCW’s tourism information and checklist to check the requirements for your application. The provider says to complete the online form through its website, print it and submit it in person. Postal applications are not accepted.
The tourism guidance lists a passport valid for at least three months after your return to the UK, with two blank visa pages, issued within the previous ten years. It also lists a copy of the identification page and all visa pages, and two recent passport photographs. Check the current checklist for photo specifications and the other evidence needed for your circumstances.
Travel medical insurance must cover all Schengen countries for the intended stay. It must include emergency medical care, hospitalisation and repatriation, with minimum cover of EUR 30,000. GVCW says tourism applications may be lodged up to six months before travel and no later than 15 calendar days before the intended visit. Use the time before an appointment to assemble your evidence and check that time-sensitive documents are current.
Make the appointment day count
GVCW requires every applicant, including children and infants, to attend in person with an online appointment. Each family or group member needs a separate application and supporting document set. Keep this in mind when choosing a date for several applicants.
Print your appointment letter and take it to the centre, along with original documents and one photocopy of each original. If you hold a UK residence permit, GVCW asks for a copy of your UK e-visa and a share code for visa purposes.
If London is appropriate for your application and you want help monitoring for a matching date, start with the Greece Visa Alerts London appointment finder. Prepare your documents and appointment preferences so you are ready to complete the official booking when you choose a suitable opening.
