Looking for a Greece visa appointment from Uxbridge? Compare the London route and confirm the appropriate GVCW centre for your residence address. Greece Visa Alerts can notify you when a matching appointment is found, so you can check the opening and book through the official provider.
If you want help monitoring London dates, Greece Visa Alerts’ London appointment finder offers paid notifications for matching appointments. First check the route and decide which dates you could attend.
Check that tourism is the right application
GVCW collects Greece visa applications in the UK on behalf of the Greek diplomatic and consular authorities. For tourism, the relevant route is generally a short-stay Schengen type C visa, covering visits of up to 90 days in a 180-day period. The Greek authorities assess applications.
If your trip includes more than one Schengen country, Greece must be where you spend the longest time. If your stays are equal, Greece must be your first country of entry. Check this before looking for a date, so your application is for the correct destination.
Confirm the centre for your circumstances
GVCW lists Greece visa application centres in London, Manchester and Edinburgh. Its appointment guidance says applicants should normally use the centre based on their residence address. From Uxbridge, compare the London option and confirm the appropriate centre with GVCW before choosing alerts. Proximity alone does not establish eligibility.
Before booking, use GVCW’s centre selection page to check which location is appropriate for your circumstances.
When London has no suitable appointments
Check the official GVCW appointment portal and make sure you have selected the intended application category and centre. If no date works, keep checking the correct route and use the time to prepare your documents.
GVCW’s tourism information requires an online appointment but does not give a verified release timetable. Avoid relying on an assumed day or hour. The provider’s main site directs applicants having difficulty finding an appointment to its contact centre; check its current instructions if you need assistance.
Prepare the tourism file while you wait
Use GVCW’s tourism information and checklist as your working list. The provider says the application form must be completed and signed. Its passport requirements include validity for at least three months after your return to the UK, two blank visa pages and issue within the previous ten years.
The tourism guidance also lists two recent passport photographs, copies of passport pages, travel medical insurance covering the Schengen area and intended stay, and original documents plus a photocopy. Check the current checklist rather than relying on memory, and have the required papers ready before taking an appointment.
Complete the application form online through GVCW and print it; postal applications are not accepted. If you hold a UK residence permit, GVCW requires a copy of your UK e-visa and a share code for visa purposes. After booking, print your appointment letter and take it to the centre.
Plan attendance for every applicant
Each applicant, including a child or infant, must attend in person with an online appointment. GVCW says every family or group member needs a separate application and supporting documents. Both parents should attend a minor’s appointment unless only one has parental authority or is the legal guardian.
GVCW says applications may be lodged up to six months before travel and no later than 15 calendar days before the intended visit. This is an application window, not a promise that an appointment will be available. Leave time to obtain a date and complete your file.
Choose how to keep watch for dates
You can check the official portal yourself. Alternatively, Greece Visa Alerts’ paid search begins after confirmed payment and sends email notifications when a matching appointment is detected. SMS notifications are available where enabled, supported and possible, though carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
A notification does not reserve or hold an appointment. You book personally through GVCW, and notification or booking speed is not guaranteed. If this optional monitoring suits you, start the London Greece appointment search.
